Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery or purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- With all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized pieces
- Custom charm bar items
- Custom beaded bracelets
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Return Process
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at:
Please include your order number, name, and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ROMALI is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store may be exchanged or returned according to the same policy above, as long as they meet the return conditions.
