Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
During busy periods, holidays, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Custom, personalized, charm bar, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Within Canada
We offer shipping across Canada.
Standard Shipping:
- Orders over $50 CAD qualify for free standard shipping
- Orders under $50 CAD have a $5 flat-rate shipping fee
Express Shipping:
- Express shipping within Canada is available for $10 CAD
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping for a $10 flat rate.
Estimated international delivery time is 5–8 business days.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.
ROMALI is not responsible for delays caused by customs, border processing, or international shipping carriers.
Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available for eligible addresses near our store.
If local delivery is available for your address, the option will appear at checkout.
Local delivery orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. We may contact you if we need additional delivery details.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for confirmation before coming to the store.
Delivery Estimates
All shipping and delivery times are estimates only. We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, but delivery delays may happen due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, high order volume, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
ROMALI is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, ROMALI is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. However, we will always do our best to help you contact the carrier and resolve the issue.
