At Romali Jewelry, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
🔹 Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
🔹 Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
🔹 Exclusions: Custom-made pieces and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
🔹 Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Return or Exchange
Request a Return:
- Log into your account at romali.ca.
- Go to your Order History and select Request a Return. (If you're eligible for a return, you'll see the option at checkout.)
- Or, email us at info@romali.ca with your order number and reason for return.
Prepare Your Package:
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., Canada Post, FedEx, UPS).
